Laura Hernandez Ardura

Laura Hernandez Ardura has over 20 years of experience in the information security field. Laura began their career as a Security Consultant at Davinci Consulting Tecnologico S.A. in 1999. Laura then moved on to gedas iberia (VW Group), where they served as the Professional Services & e-Security Team Leader from 2001 to 2006. During this time, they were responsible for managing projects and resources, as well as providing technical support and generating sales. In 2007, Laura joined T-Systems Iberia as the Manager of IT Security Services & Solutions. Laura held this role for 10 years before being promoted to Head of Security Delivery in 2017. In this position, they led the delivery teams for the security portfolio unit, overseeing network security, IT security, and SOC. Additionally, Laura played a key role in implementing the T-Systems Iberia SOC as part of a global network of SOCs.

Laura Hernandez Ardura completed the T-Systems Talent Bank Management program in Business Administration and Management at EADA Business School in 2008. Laura also obtained a Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid between 1991 and 1998. Laura further pursued a post-graduate degree in security and e-commerce from Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales de la UNED in 2002. In 2023, they attended RWTH Business School and earned a degree as an Automation Pioneer, specializing in process automation.

Additionally, Laura holds various certifications, including being a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., and being certified in Microsoft Azure, security, compliance, and identity fundamentals. Laura has also obtained certifications from ISACA, (ISC)², BSI, and other institutions in the fields of information security, privacy, and audit.
