Emma Farrugia is an experienced recruitment and training professional with a strong background in managing recruitment processes and developing training programs. Currently serving as Recruitment Manager at t2 Group since January 2014, Emma oversees the recruitment and selection of various roles across England and Wales. Previously, Emma held the position of Operations Trainer at Target Group, where notable achievements included re-designing the corporate induction and creating e-learning packages. As Training Manager at Abacus Recruitment & Training Services (UK) Ltd, Emma established a training division that provided NVQs to contact centres and delivered training to recruitment consultants. Earlier in the career, at RouteOne, Emma progressed from consultant to Recruitment Manager, specializing in recruiting for large blue-chip companies.
