David Pikovsky

David Pikovsky has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. David began their career as a Senior Accountant at Beers & Cutler CPA's in 1986, where they prepared financial reports, conducted audits, and handled tax preparation for various clients. David then joined Real Estate Marketing Services, Inc. (t/a HMS of the Mid-Atlantic States) in 1989 as the Chief Financial Officer & Controller. In this role, they negotiated franchise agreements, product pricing, and managed the company's financial operations until 1996.

From 1997 to 2012, David served as the Chief Operating Officer for the largest franchise within HMS National, Inc.'s network. David focused on exploring new business opportunities, implementing operational and sales procedures, and ensuring the company's financial strength and operating efficiency.

In 2013, David assumed the role of Vice President, Regional Sales at Cinch Home Services, Inc. (HMS National, Inc., Cross Country Home Services, Inc.). In this position, they developed and executed sales growth strategies, improved sales processes, and increased profitability across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions. David streamlined sales and business development throughout the department and held this role until 2020.

In 2020, David joined The Historic George Town Club as a Business Consultant. David oversaw the accounting department, managed monthly closing responsibilities, and prepared financial statements on a timely basis. David successfully streamlined the monthly closing process and refined the annual budgeting process.

Recently, in 2021, David joined T3 Sixty as the Vice President Finance, where they are currently responsible for financial management and oversight within the organization.

David Pikovsky attended the University of Pittsburgh, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Economics/Accounting. Apart from their degree, they also hold a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Maryland. The specific time periods for their education and certification are not provided.
