Dean Cottrill's work experience is as follows:

From February 2022 to the present, Dean Cottrill has been an Associate Partner & EVP of the Brokerage and Team Consulting Division at T3 Sixty.

From February 2018 to February 2022, they served as SVP of the Brokerage Division at T3 Sixty.

In 2017, Dean Cottrill founded their own company, Dean Cottrill Consulting, LLC, where they served as President and CEO from April 2017 to February 2018.

Prior to that, Dean Cottrill held various roles at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, including Group President from January 2017 to April 2017, President from January 2014 to December 2016, President from November 2008 to December 2013, and Regional Vice President from May 2007 to November 2008. In these roles, they oversaw multiple sales offices, sales associates, and divisions, contributing to significant transaction and sales volume.

Before joining Coldwell Banker, Dean Cottrill worked at Long & Foster Real Estate Inc. as a Branch Manager from 1999 to 2007, where they successfully grew an office from losses to profitability and achieved exceptional results in agent recruitment.

Dean Cottrill started their career at Weichert, Realtors as a Branch Manager from 1997 to 1999.

Dean Cottrill received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Dean attended the university from 1984 to 1988.
