Katherine Elbert is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in growth equity investing and thematic growth buyouts across various sectors including Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Consumer markets. Currently serving as a Growth Equity Investor at TA Associates since July 2023, Katherine also maintains roles as a TA Investor at multiple firms including Fisher Funds, MISA JSC, and Faria Education Group. Previously, Katherine held positions at Ocean 14 Capital and August Equity, focusing on growth investments within the Consumer, Services, Industrials, and UK Healthcare sectors. Katherine's career began with HSBC's global graduate program, where notable performance was recognized. Katherine co-founded the Women of Indonesia Career Network and has pursued advanced educational opportunities including a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Cambridge and summer studies in Sustainable Finance at the University of Zurich.
