M. Roy Burns

Roy is co-head of TA's North America financial services investing efforts, and leads investments in financial services and financial technology, including electronic payment, investment management and wealth management end markets.

Roy joined TA in 2001 as an Associate in the Boston office and returned to TA in 2006 following graduate school. Over his career, he has partnered with founders and high-energy executives to sustain and improve rapid organic growth and use M&A to increase portfolio company capabilities.
