Michael Tinaza is a seasoned professional in delivery management with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Delivery at Credera since December 2022, Michael has previously held significant leadership roles, including SVP of US Delivery & Client Operations at RAPP, where oversight included cross-office standardization and client operations for major US regions. At iCrossing, Michael managed a multi-million dollar P&L and enhanced operations for high-profile clients such as Toyota and Capital Group. Previous experiences also include project management positions at AT&T Interactive and Nissan North America, showcasing a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence. Michael holds a BS in Information Systems from the University of Redlands and certifications in ScrumMaster and leadership programs.
