Manuel Lemos Da Silva has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Manuel Lemos began their career in 2004 at Air Gemini as a Maintenance Controller. In this role, they were responsible for record-keeping, maintenance planning, and inventory management. Manuel Lemos then joined Taag - Angola Airlines in 2009 as a Reliability Engineer Analyst, where they evaluated and tracked maintenance programs and provided technical solutions. In 2011, they joined Boeing as a Senior Field Service Representative, providing operational support and addressing aircraft reliability issues for customer fleets. In 2019, they joined CFM International as a Field Services Engineer. Most recently, Manuel is working at TAAG-Linhas Aereas de Angola since 2023, where they have held the positions of Director of Engineering Deputy and Director of Maintenance and Engineering, overseeing the strategic goals and direction of the aviation department.
