Hassan Zia

Hassan Zia is currently a Site Reliability Engineer at Taager, where responsibilities include migrating microservices from AWS to GCP, managing architecture with Terraform and Helm, transitioning to a GitOps deployment model, and optimizing Gitlab CI/CD pipelines. Previously, Hassan served as a Back End Engineer at Taager, developing backend services and migrating a service from Javascript to Typescript. Prior experience includes a role as a Platform Engineer at INTECH Automation & Intelligence, deploying Kubernetes clusters and automating service deployments, as well as a Graduate Research Assistant position at the University of Utah. Educational credentials consist of a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah, a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from NUST, and O/A levels from St. Mary's Academy Lalazar Rawalpindi.
