Shrouq Haddad

Shrouq Haddad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management, customer service, and team leadership. Currently serving as Team Manager at MARS since July 2022, Shrouq also holds the position of Account Manager at iVAS and After Sales Service Specialist at Taager, both roles commenced in May and November 2021, respectively. Previous professional experiences include Property Consultant at Sakan Real Estate for Development, MNP at Orange Egypt, Office Manager at El Yarmook for Painting, and roles at Vodafone and G Express focusing on customer service. Shrouq obtained a degree in Archeology and Civilization from Helwan University Cairo, achieving very good honors.
