Natalia Melnychuk

Natalia Melnychuk started their work experience as a Journalist/Producer for various media organizations from January 2008 to June 2014. Natalia then worked as a Project Coordinator for NGO Transitions from September 2015 to April 2020, where they administered and successfully implemented 9 projects in various countries. Natalia took a break from their role at NGO Transitions to trial their own business as a Tour Guide from January 2017 to January 2019, organizing tours around Kyiv and Chornobyl. Natalia then worked as a Digital Transformation Manager/Scrum Master for PEN International starting in September 2020. Most recently, Natalia is currently working as a Scrum Master for Tabeo since January 2023.

Natalia Melnychuk obtained their Master of Arts (MA) degree in European Studies/Civilization from Lund University from 2014 to 2023. In 2014, they also attended the University of Oslo (UiO) for a Summer School program in Communication and Media Studies. Before that, they completed their Master's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv from 2002 to 2008. In addition to their educational background, Natalia Melnychuk has also gained additional certifications such as "Writing a Cover Letter" from LinkedIn in July 2022 and "Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I)" from Scrum.org in June 2022.
