Sammy Vang has a diverse background in food and beverage service, quality assurance, and fulfillment center operations. Currently employed as a Food and Beverage Server at Table Mountain Casino since July 2022, Sammy previously worked at Amazon for three years, where roles included Picker, Tote Runner, and Process Guide, focusing on inventory management and problem-solving. Sammy has also gained experience as a Quality Assurance Technician and Research and Development Intern at California Dairies Inc, conducting tests and developing new recipes. Prior roles in food processing and customer service at California State University, Fresno, and a brief internship at Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites further contribute to a well-rounded skill set in culinary science and operations, supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Culinary Science/Culinology from California State University, Fresno.
