Dimple Nath Bakshi

Dimple Nath Bakshi has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dimple is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Table Space Technologies since October 2019. Before that, they founded and directed ZOYASHI, a brand that focused on promoting sustainability, recycling, and Indian craftsmanship. At ZOYASHI, they were responsible for setting up the brand, building a community network of weavers, and implementing design thinking and innovation.

Prior to ZOYASHI, Dimple worked at XecuteHR Solutions from 2010 to 2014, where they were the Business Head-HR Service Delivery. Dimple played a crucial role in setting up the HR service delivery vertical and led various transformation projects for clients in HR outsourcing, recruitment process outsourcing, and HR solution design and implementation.

Dimple also has experience working at Bank of America as the Assistant Vice President-Talent Acquisition from 2005 to 2009. Before that, they worked at Accenture as a Human Resources Specialist, where they contributed to the ramp-up of businesses in the IT and ITES sectors and was part of the setup team for the Internal HR Shared Service.

Earlier in their career, Dimple worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Ernst & Young and as a Consultant at Global Adjustments. Dimple began their career as a Management Trainee at Kaashyap Radiant Systems Pvt Ltd.

Following that, from 1995 to 1997, Dimple attended the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a focus on Marketing.
