Mike Dulgarian

Mike Dulgarian serves as the Vice President of Acquisitions at Tablerock Capital since March 2022 and has been an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate Finance at the University of Utah since May 2019. Prior to these roles, Mike worked at U.S. Bank as a Senior Vice President and Market Manager for Commercial Real Estate from August 2016 to April 2022. Mike's extensive career in finance includes positions at Wells Fargo from 2003 to 2016, where responsibilities ranged from Relationship Manager to Team Lead and Senior Relationship Manager in Commercial Real Estate, as well as Credit Analyst. Mike holds a Master of Business Administration from Brigham Young University (2008-2010) and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Financial Services from the same institution (1997-2003).
