Baptiste Laborde-Balen

Baptiste Laborde-Balen is a sales and business development professional with extensive experience in the digital advertising and recruitment sectors. Currently serving as Sales Director for Growth Advertisers APAC at Taboola since March 2019, Baptiste is responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team of Advertising Sales Managers across multiple Asia-Pacific markets while fostering relationships to ensure advertiser success on the platform. Prior roles include Business Development Manager and Marketing Manager at TalentEx (Thailand) Co., Ltd., where Baptiste led the first Japanese-speaking recruitment platform in Thailand and promoted the WakuWaku job fair. Additional experience includes positions at AIP Global as Marketing Executive and Broadgate Financial as Business Research Officer. Baptiste holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Management, Marketing from KEDGE Business School and has pursued further education at various institutions, including Kobe University and Mahidol University.
