Maureen Maher has over thirty years of experience in the field of payroll and HRIS systems. Maureen began their career in 1985 as an Implementation Specialist for Control Data Institute. In 1988, they took on the role of Payroll Coordinator for BMW of North America, LLC. In 1989, they became Payroll/HRIS Manager for Deutsche Bank, a position they held for seven years. Maureen then moved to Credit Suisse in 1996, where they held the same position for eleven years. In 2007, they re-entered the workforce, taking on various positions that included managing day to day sales of gift shop and catalog sales, including customer service. In 2015, they joined Tabrasa as a Senior Engineer & Applications Support Specialist/Lo-Code Developer. In this role, they provided lead support to Quality Assurance, worked with the development team in an agile environment, collaborated with outside developers to build limited applications, and provided guidance to the Application Support team. Maureen also partnered with the Director of Application Support to ensure product enhancements reflected customer needs, and worked with Product Management to review customer needs and priorities. In 2018, they took on the role of Senior Applications Specialist and Account Manager - Eastern Region.
Maureen Maher attended Rutgers College, Rutgers University from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology/Art. Maureen also participated in the International Young Manager Program at Deutche Bank AG.
