Nessli Karpa

Nessli Karpa is a seasoned professional in human resources and people operations, currently serving as the Director of People Operations at CrazyLabs since July 2021. Previous experience includes significant roles at Clal Insurance from March 2014 to June 2021, where Nessli held positions such as HRBP Manager and Head of HR Operations, HRIS & Recruitment. Prior to Clal Insurance, Nessli served as Director of Compensation and Benefits at Clal Finance from February 2010 to March 2014 and held managerial roles at Olympic Diamond and Ergo Consulting Group between 2004 and 2009. Nessli holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MBA in Marketing from Reichman University.
