Isaac Pozos

Isaac Pozos is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in community health management and operations. Currently serving as a Community Development Specialist at the Texas Association of Community Health Centers since October 2020, Isaac focuses on supporting vulnerable patient populations. Isaac has held significant roles at Lone Star Circle of Care as Healthcare Manager - Operations since July 2019, and previously as Director of Practice Transformation at El Buen Samaritano from November 2016 to July 2019, where key leadership efforts were implemented for practice transformation and clinical integration. Earlier experience includes positions as Senior Practice Administrator and Practice Administrator at CommUnityCare Health Centers, where Isaac oversaw the launch and management of healthcare operations. Isaac began their career as a Business Office Manager at the City of Austin, contributing to the provision of primary care services in the community. Isaac holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas State University.
