Stihl Vaughn

Stihl Vaughn currently serves as a Network Planner at Tachus, LLC, where responsibilities include creating detailed circuit designs in OSPInsight and developing splicing packet documentation, as well as modeling fiber routes correlated to Google Earth imagery and construction packets.
