Tom Davidson is currently working as the Market Lead at Tack TMI, focusing on empowering organizations and individuals to thrive through learning and behavior change solutions. Prior to this, Tom held the position of Head of International Business at The Institute of Directors, leading the re-structure and commercial expansion of the IoD's International business. Tom also has experience as a Global Key Account Manager, Board Trustee, Senior Account Manager in digital transformation, and as an Associate at The Hackett Group. Tom holds a BA (Hons) in History and International Relations from the University of Plymouth.
