Laura Mazek Grunwald

Laura Mazek Grunwald, PHR has extensive experience in human resources. Laura is currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources for Taco Mac Restaurant Group since March 2018. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Huddle House, Inc. from April 2016 to March 2018. Laura also served as the Director of Human Resources at Goldberg's Group, where they oversaw HR functions for 11 locations, including the Braves All-Star Grill and Hartsfield Jackson International, from November 2015 to March 2016. Before that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Cortland Partners from May 2013 to November 2015. Laura started their career in human resources as a Staffing Consultant at Digital People from January 2001 to May 2001 and at Millennium Staffing from January 1999 to January 2001. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in crafting and implementing people strategy, developing HR teams, and driving strategic growth plans and initiatives.

Laura Mazek Grunwald, PHR earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Tulane University. Laura attended the university from 1991 to 1995.
