Wyatt Janollari

Wyatt Janollari is an experienced restaurant manager with a career spanning over two decades in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Manager at Taco Mama since December 2020, Wyatt previously held the position of General Manager at Logan's Roadhouse from February 2008 to December 2020, and prior management roles at the same establishment from 2002 to 2008. Wyatt began a culinary career as a Line Cook at Applebee's from February 2001 to February 2003, where skills in cross-training and team leadership were developed.
