Jim Eiss has accumulated a diverse range of work experience in the field of product management and business development, particularly in the heat exchanger industry. Jim most recently worked at Taco Comfort Solutions as a Product & New Business Development Manager, where they oversaw product management and business development for different product lines. Prior to that, Jim held the role of Regional Sales Enablement Center Manager at Armstrong Fluid Technology, where they led a team and played a crucial role in expanding the organization's heat transfer expertise. Jim also worked as an Independent Consultant, focusing on growing heat exchanger sales for Armstrong Fluid Technology. Earlier in their career, Jim served as the Director of Sales at Hebeler Process Solutions and held a position as the SBA Director of Sales & Engineering at API Heat Transfer. Jim started their career at Xylem Water & Wastewater as a Plate Product Market Manager, where they worked specifically on heat exchanger business.
Jim Eiss completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University at Buffalo. Jim attended this program from 1987 to 1992. Subsequently, they pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, from 1992 to 1994.
