Ingrid P. has extensive experience in finance, operations, and project management within both public health and defense sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Operations and Assistant Division Director at the Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department since February 2015, Ingrid oversees the Communicable Disease Division. Prior roles include Project Manager and Operations Manager at Red Gate Group, where Ingrid focused on business strategy, organizational management, and proposal development. Additional experience includes serving as an Acquisition Consultant for the Joint IED Defeat Organization and Deputy Director of Acquisition for the Rapid Equipping Force, as well as acting as the C4ISR SPO Technical Director at ManTech and managing operations at GE.
