Regan G. has over 12 years of Human Resources experience. From 2008 to 2016, they were the Director of Human Resources at Pacifica Host Hotels, where they reported to the Managing Partners and oversaw all aspects of HR management. Regan designed and implemented human resources policies or programs in alignment with the company's mission and values. Regan also coached and led 3 team members directly. Regan also increased workforce capability, improved organizational design and structure, provided change leadership, strategic staffing, talent management/succession planning, and supported day-to-day operations.

Regan G. received a Bachelors of Science from Northern Arizona University between 1998 and 2001. In 2015, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM. Additionally, in 2007, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
