Andrew Leiendecker

Andrew Leiendecker has over 10 years of work experience in the medical field. Andrew began their career in 2005 as the Chief Operating Officer/S3 of the 782nd Brigade Support Battalion for the 82nd Airborne Division of the U.S. Army. In this role, they were responsible for the planning, resourcing and execution of a support organization comprised of 900 personnel and eight subordinate organizations. In 2007, they moved to the Joint Special Operations Command as a Medical Plans and Operations Officer. In 2011, they joined NATO SOF Headquarters as a Medical Plans, Operations and Logistics Officer, where they were responsible for the planning, support, management and execution of all NSHQ medical efforts. In 2015, they became the Chief Operating Officer/ACoS Operations, G3 for the Army Regional Health Command Pacific. In this role, they led a team of over 30 military and civilian personnel dedicated to the delivery of safe and high reliability healthcare. In 2018, they joined Tactical Medical Solutions LLC as the Senior Director of Customer Solutions.

Andrew Leiendecker completed their Master's degree in Homeland Defense & Emergency/Disaster Response from American Military University in 2013. Prior to that, they earned a BBA in Computer Programming from James Madison University in 1992.
