Tomi Simula

Tomi Simula is a Principal IMSE Integration Specialist at TactoTek Group since February 2017, focusing on the research, improvement, and implementation of electrical components in IMSE structures, as well as the development of new technologies and design rules. Previously, Tomi held the role of Reliability Specialist, working on the reliability of injection-molded structural electronics. Prior experience includes a position as a Forensic Specialist at Grant4Com Oy from May 2013 to January 2017, where Tomi managed environmental and mechanical testing and failure analysis across multiple industries. Tomi also worked at Nokia from May 2006 to September 2011 as a Thesis Worker and in various trainee roles in areas such as interconnection and reliability testing. Earlier experience includes working as an Assembly Worker at Varamiespalvelu-Yhtiöt in 2005, focusing on assembly and testing of electrical products. Tomi holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Oulu, completed in 2013.
