Rich Winsland

Rich is an experienced CFO and ACA-qualified accountant, having managed specialist financial recruiter Axon Moore through a significant period of change and growth with Chairman, David Moore, before joining Tactus in 2019.

Rich has overall responsibility for the finance and operations functions at Tactus, with a strategic focus on organic and acquisitive growth, as well as oversight of core reporting, control, and stakeholder management.

He previously spent 10 years with PwC advising fast-growth SMEs and PLCs and undertook a secondment within the Co-operative Group’s M&A team.
