Matthias Bösl

Matthias Bösl has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Matthias started their career at Grammer AG, where they completed an apprenticeship in Mechatronics from September 2000 to March 2003. Matthias then joined Advantech in 2009 and served as an FW/FPGA Engineer until August 2012. Matthias later took on the role of Engineer System Management & Integration (USA) from August 2012 to April 2013. From April 2013 to December 2014, Matthias worked as a Senior Engineer System Management & Integration at Advantech. In 2014, they joined tado° as a Software Engineer and contributed until March 2017. Matthias then became the Head of Embedded Software at tado° from April 2017 to January 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Group Engineering Manager - IoT Platform at tado°, starting from January 2022.

Matthias Bösl completed their education at OTH Amberg-Weiden from 2004 to 2009, earning a Degree of Engineering (Dipl.-Ing (FH)) in Electronics. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "How to Manage a Remote Team" from Coursera in October 2020.
