Takeia Garner is the Director of Operations & Member Engagement at The Anti-Fraud Coalition (TAF). She oversees the organization’s daily operations, including HR, benefits, payroll administration, financial management, risk management, accounts receivable and payable, and endowment and funding processes. She also serves as a key liaison between TAF staff and the Board of Directors.
In her membership role, Takeia manages all member-related initiatives, including educational event planning, CLE management, and responding to member inquiries. Her work ensures that TAF’s members remain engaged and supported.
Since joining TAF in February 2005, Takeia has brought extensive experience in legal advocacy and the nonprofit sector, with specialized expertise in association management and event coordination. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland, University College.
