Narendran Shanmugam

Narendran Shanmugam has extensive work experience in sales, business strategy, and operations. Narendran started their career at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited as a Financial Planning Consultant, where they promoted insurance products and achieved sales targets. Narendran then worked at IDBI Federal Life Insurance as an Agency Manager, supervising agents' activity plans and ensuring sales targets were met. At RAKBANK, they served as a Relationship Officer, focusing on wealth management and cross-selling insurance products.

Narendran subsequently joined Photon Infotech as a Senior Executive in Business Development, where they identified new business opportunities and prepared action plans. Narendran then worked at TechAffinity, initially as a Team Lead in Business Development and later as an Associate Manager and Manager, successfully meeting sales goals and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Narendran's career continued at Directowners Infosolutions Pvt Ltd, where they served as a Senior Manager in Business Operations. Narendran formulated business strategies, prepared financial plans for investors, and coordinated with various teams. Narendran then joined ShieldSquare as a Director in Business Operations and Sales, responsible for scaling revenue and developing sales strategies.

In their most recent roles, Narendran was appointed as the Director of Business Operations at TechAffinity, working on cross-functional projects, improving operational efficiency, and driving sales and marketing strategies. Narendran later moved to Agira Technologies and currently holds the position of Vice President in Sales and Business Strategy.

Throughout their career, Narendran has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities to achieve business goals and deliver results.

Narendran Shanmugam began their education at Vidyaniketan Matriculation Higher Secondary School in 1995 where they completed their primary and secondary education. From 2000 to 2003, they attended S.R.M Polytechnic College, earning a degree in Electronics and Communications (D.E.C.E). Narendran then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (B.B.A) from the University of Madras, which they completed in 2010. Later, from 2010 to 2012, Narendran attended Alagappa University, where they obtained a Master's degree in International Business (M.B.A.).
