Raymond Kaplan

Raymond Kaplan is an Adjunct Professor at National Intelligence University with a background in strategic planning and program management. Previously, Raymond has worked in various roles in companies such as Technology Advancement Group, Inc. (TAG)®, emissary LLC, and BAE Systems, focusing on intelligence analysis, policy advising, and strategy development. Raymond holds a Master of Arts in Global Policy from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from American University.
