Mahmoud Ismail Hossam El-Din

Mahmoud Ismail Hossam El-Din is a seasoned and versatile professional who has excelled in various roles and industries. Mahmoud has a proven track record of driving company growth, breaking into new markets, and delivering multiple business turnarounds across B2B and B2C sectors in challenging markets.

Mahmoud started his career as an entrepreneur in the F&B industry, where he successfully launched and managed three restaurants within 4 years.

He then joined Cairo for Oil & Soap as the head of marketing in 2015, where he led the marketing strategy and execution for a leading manufacturer of edible oils and soap products. In 2018, he moved to El Rashidi El Mizan confectionery Factories, one of the oldest and most renowned confectionery brands in Egypt, where he held various positions such as trade marketing manager, sales manager, and business development head. He was instrumental in expanding the market share, revenue, and profitability of the company.

In April 2021, he joined Tagaddod, a pioneer in renewable energy and biodiesel production, as the head of marketing and commercial planning. He was responsible for developing and implementing the marketing and commercial plans for the company. Since September 2022, he has been serving as the vice president of commercial at Tagaddod, where he oversees the strategic direction and growth of the company.

Mahmoud Ismail Hossam El-Din has a strong academic background in business administration and management. He graduated from The German University in Cairo with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management with double core majors in strategic management & innovation and technology management. He also holds an American diploma from Victoria International College.
