Alex Graham has a diverse background in the renewable energy industry, with experience in project management, procurement, logistics, and engineering.
Alex currently works at TagEnergy as a Senior Project Development Manager since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Siemens Gamesa from 2019 to 2022 as a Project Manager. Before Siemens Gamesa, Alex was at RCR Tomlinson from 2016 to 2018, where they served as the Head of Renewables Procurement & Logistics and as a Senior Project Engineer for Wind Farm.
In 2016, they briefly worked at Jan De Nul Group as a Lead Project Engineer.
Starting their career in 2009, Alex spent a significant amount of time at E.ON in various roles. Alex worked as a Specialist Package Manager for the Rampion Offshore Wind Farm project from 2014 to 2016, managing multiple contracts and ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance. Prior to that, they were the Wind Farm Construction Team Manager, leading a team of engineers and offshore personnel and delivering contracts for the company. Alex also served as the Wind Farm Contract Package Manager, responsible for defining, procuring, and managing a £15 million CAPEX for an offshore wind farm project. Alex began their career at E.ON as a Mechanical Engineer through the Engineering Leadership Graduate Scheme, where they gained experience in forecasting CAPEX and OPEX for multiple technologies.
Alex Graham attended the University of Southampton from 2005 to 2009, where they earned an MEng degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a specialization in Sustainable Energy Systems. Alex also obtained a certification as a Chartered Engineer from the Institute of Mechanical Engineers (IMECHE), although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
