Saverio Roda

Saverio Roda currently serves as Investment Director at Tages Capital SGR, where significant achievements include a €1.10 billion acquisition and construction financing awarded as Europe Portfolio Deal of the Year 2022, as well as leading the acquisition of a 120 MW PV portfolio in Italy. Previously, Saverio Roda was M&A Director and Head of M&A at Sorgenia, overseeing corporate debt restructuring with a focus on the disposal of assets valued at approximately €250 million, and managing a portfolio of 270 MW in operations across Italy and France. Saverio Roda's extensive background in project financing and M&A spans over 10 billion euros, covering diverse energy sectors. Educational credentials include an MBA from MIP Politecnico di Milano and a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Università di Pisa.
