Vishal Bhardwaj has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Vishal is currently working as the Chief Customer Success & Digital Transformation at Taggd since January 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Director, Business Solutions at Taggd from July 2019 to January 2021.

Additionally, Vishal worked at EXL Service as the Senior Manager Operations from January 2011 to October 2011, where they managed insurance and accounting operations. Vishal also held the position of Manager Operations at EXL Service from April 2008 to January 2011, where they drove various initiatives to improve process effectiveness and employee satisfaction. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Manager, Operations at EXL Service from December 2005 to April 2008.

Vishal Bhardwaj has a diverse education history. In 2001-2004, they obtained a PGDIT degree in Computers & Management from the Institute of Management Technology in Ghaziabad. Later, in 2008-2009, they pursued a Life Insurance degree (FLMI 280, 290) from LOMA. In 2010, they completed a General Management Program (GMP) from the Management Development Institute in Gurgaon. In 2011, they obtained a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from TQMI, and the same year they also pursued an Executive MBA in Management from the Institute of Management and Technology in Ghaziabad. Vishal also holds additional certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt from TQMI and FLMI Level 1 from LOMA USA.
