Emilia Maysonet

Emilia Maysonet has a wealth of experience in the talent and recruitment industry. Emilia began their career in 2012 as a Store Manager for Friar Tux, where they interviewed and hired candidates, set up schedules and monthly goals, and handled cash with weekly bank deposits. In 2015, they joined The Black Tux as a Lead Coordinator and Fit Specialist, and was promoted to lead their operations team. During their three years at The Black Tux, they focused on the team's KPIs and seasonal hiring needs. In 2018, they joined Thrive Market as a Recruiting Coordinator and supported two recruiters in business and tech. In 2019, they completed a five-month contract with MotorTrend Group as an Adecco Associate, during which they developed and implemented a new interviewing flow. Emilia also joined Zoic Studios as a Freelance Recruiter, where they hired business and freelance artists and welcomed back previous ones. In 2020, they became a Freelance Talent Manager & Sourcing Specialist for Hook. In 2021, they joined Tagger as a Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition and KLEF$ Music Ventures as an Advisory Board. Finally, in 2022, they became a Freelance Recruiter for Intentional Culture Ops.

Emilia Maysonet attended Pasadena City College from 2011 to 2015, where they earned their Associate of Arts degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies.
