Pooja Nathwani

Pooja Nathwani is an experienced entrepreneur currently leading The Third Place, which provides 1-1 and team coaching services aimed at fostering clarity and confidence in professional journeys, with upcoming leadership programs for new managers. Previously, Pooja served as People & Culture Lead at TagHive Inc., an education technology company funded by Samsung, and volunteered with the Latika Roy Foundation, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Pooja spent seven years at Teach For India, initially as an Associate in the Selection Team, progressing to Manager, and contributing to the vision and strategy of the Fellowship Selection Team. Pooja holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies from Mithibai College and a higher secondary certificate in Business/Commerce from Narsee Monjee College.
