Gautham Siddharthan has over a decade of experience in human resources, with a strong background in defining policies and processes, recruitment, training and development, OD interventions, retention and engagement practices, HR analytics, and serving as a generalist HR practitioner. Gautham has held various HR management positions at companies such as Tagit Pte Ltd, Bankbazaar.com, Syntel, and Sella Servizi Bancari (S.C.p.A). Gautham holds a MSW in Human Resources from PSG College of Arts & Science and a B.Sc. in Nutrition, Food Service Management & Dietetics from the same institution.
