Bandar Al Hagbani has a diverse work experience in various companies. In 2022, they joined TAHAKOM as the Director of Corporate Excellence & Governance. Prior to this, they worked at Zain KSA from 2021 to 2022, serving as the Senior Manager - Corporate Governance. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (ACIG) as the Compliance & Governance Department Manager and Audit Committee Secretary. And from 2006 to 2014, they had multiple roles at Tawuniya including Compliance & Quality Assurance Specialist, Business Development Specialist, and Customer Service Executive.

Bandar Al Hagbani earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from King AbdulAziz University, completing their studies from 2012 to 2015. Bandar has also obtained additional certifications such as the International Certified Corporate Governance Officer from LGCA - London Governance & Compliance Academy in 2021, the Governance, Risk & Compliance Professional from OCEG (Open Compliance & Ethics Group) in February 2021, the Certified Compliance Officer from The Financial Academy in 2019, and the IFSah Professional from The Financial Academy in October 2020.
