Brian Kozlow is an experienced regional manager with a strong background in food operations and culinary management. Currently serving as Regional Manager at Taher, Inc. since January 2016, Brian leads operations at multiple accounts. Previously, as General Manager and Chef Consultant at Dropshot Cafe/Fieldhouse Jones, Brian opened the venue for the ownership group, making all operational decisions and building the team. Brian's expertise also includes overseeing menu planning and training as Regional Chef Manager for Aramark-Chicago Public Schools and managing food operations at Macy's, which featured Chef Rick Bayless' Frontera Grill. Brian started as Executive Chef with Compass Group/Morrison and holds an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Orlando.
