Judy has been with Taher, Inc. since its inception in 1981. As senior vice president, Judy is directly responsible for the operational and financial accountability of all food service product lines within the company, including child nutrition, business, and industry, long-term care and assisted living, outdoor education, college, daycare, and senior dining. Judy supervises an operational team of regional managers; district managers; registered, licensed and clinical dietitians; and food service director specialists.
Judy’s corporate responsibilities include negotiating contracts relative to company proposals and client expectations; maintaining policy, direction, and purpose of management services for clients within prescribed company objectives and standards; monitoring the fiscal compliance of profit and loss responsibilities for all food service product lines; reviewing and approving programs and budgets in each income-producing area consistent with fiscal expectations and industry standards; and implementing action plans to achieve positive financial results and customer satisfaction. She also establishes corporate requirements for each food service product line relative to company goals and objectives and acts as a corporate liaison between the operational team and legal counsel in issues of fiscal, personnel, state and federal reporting; contractual compliance; and outside vendors.
Judy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in dietetics from the University of Nebraska. She also is a member in good standing of the American Dietetic Association and Minnesota Dietetic Association and is a licensed dietitian in the State of Minnesota.
