Adriana Morales is an experienced professional with a strong background in translation, interpretation, and executive program management. Currently serving as a volunteer interpreter at the Tahirih Justice Center and Kids in Need of Defense (KIND), Adriana has provided crucial support in asylum interviews and legal proceedings since 2011 and 2013, respectively. Prior to this, Adriana held various leadership roles at Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico City, including Director of Executive Programs, where responsibilities included promoting executive programs tailored to client needs, teaching seminars on strategic decision-making and recruitment, and translating academic and business materials. Adriana also has experience as a facilitator and translator for Consultores en Desarrollo Estratégico and has held sales positions focused on executive and online courses. Academically, Adriana holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a BA in Psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana, complemented by studies in photography.
