Lauren Caprio

Lauren Caprio, PHR, serves as the Director of Employee & Labor Relations at Tahoe Forest Health System since May 2011, demonstrating expertise in fostering collaboration and maximizing employee engagement. With a strong foundation in labor law navigation and labor negotiations, Lauren excels in promoting fairness and productivity within the organization. Previous roles include Employee & Labor Relations Manager, Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Associate, and Practice Lead, where responsibilities encompassed managing operational units in multi-specialty clinics. Lauren began their career as an Assistant II in the Department of Neurosurgery at UCSF Medical Center from September 2009 to December 2010.
