Timothy Roberts

Timothy Roberts is a System Analyst and previously served as a Service Desk Technician at Tai Tarian since April 2021. Prior to this, Timothy worked as a Service Desk Technical Analyst at CGI from February 2019 to April 2021, where responsibilities included providing IT support through handling inbound client calls, performing account unlocks, resetting passwords, and conducting troubleshooting. Timothy also gained experience as a Lab Assistant at the University of Aberdeen in May 2018 and worked as a Bartender at Krakatoa from November 2017 to April 2018. Timothy holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Aberdeen, completed in July 2018.
