Kazuhiko Okamoto, CPA has a diverse work experience, starting in 1996 with OKI Electric Industry Co., Ltd. as a Europe & US Regional Account Manager. From there, they joined Infineon Technologies Japan K.K. in 2000 as a Sales Account Manager. In 2003, they moved to Qimonda and held various roles including Asia Pacific Regional Account Manager, Analyst Senior Manager, and Financial Control Senior Manager. In 2009, they became an Accounting Manager at Taiho Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., before transitioning to Taiho Oncology, Inc. in 2010. At Taiho Oncology, they have held roles such as Secretary & Treasurer, Vice President Finance, and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Finance.

Kazuhiko Okamoto, CPA completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce at Doshisha University from 1992 to 1996. Kazuhiko also obtained additional certifications, including "The CFO: Becoming a Strategic Partner - Live Virtual" from Wharton Executive Education in October 2020, and "COSO Internal Control" from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. in September 2017.
