Lil Skalenakis

Lil Skalenakis serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Head of Talent Acquisition at Tailored Brands, Inc. since July 2019, where responsibilities include leading Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, reorganizing the Talent Acquisition departments, and overseeing executive-level recruiting in partnership with C-Suite executives. Prior to this role, Lil worked at Victoria's Secret from June 2014 to 2017 as a Senior Recruiter, focusing on high-volume talent acquisition and contributing to the company’s expansion in new markets. With extensive experience starting in 2001 at L Brands as a Recruiter Manager, Lil played a key role in establishing a centralized staffing model across multiple brands and improving operational efficiency in talent sourcing and recruiting partnerships, consistently achieving significant hiring goals and reducing time-to-fill metrics.
