Ian Schmidt

Ian Schmidt is an accomplished Quality Assurance Supervisor at Tailored Label Products, Inc. since November 2018, overseeing a mature ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management System (QMS) while directly managing the Quality Assurance Team. Ian has significant experience in quality and compliance engineering, and manufacturing, focusing on regulatory compliance, process improvements, and operational efficiency through Lean Manufacturing techniques. Prior roles include Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op at Brady Corporation and Lead Campus Ambassador at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Ian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has earned various certifications, including ISO 9001:2015 QMS Champion training. A recipient of the 2019 TLP All-Star award, Ian is actively involved in continuous improvement initiatives and has a strong commitment to customer service and team leadership.
