Jessie Spandel, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Starting in 2014 as a Human Resources Intern at Lane Bryant, they provided support for talent life cycle processes and associate engagement initiatives. They then worked as a Recruiting Team Administrative Assistant at Goken America, where they supported HR administration for a large contingent workforce. In 2015, they joined Midwest Express as an HR Generalist and later became an HR Supervisor, providing leadership and support in various HR areas. They then moved to Lane Bryant's corporate office as an HR Specialist, handling talent tracking, onboarding, and performance management. In 2017, they joined Sequent Inc., providing HR support for multi-state/multi-industry clients, and later joined resourcing edge as a Client Account Manager, delivering strategic HR services to clients. Their most recent role is with Tailored Management, where they currently serve as the Vice President of Human Resources.
Jessie Spandel, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree with a focus in Human Resources Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in 2015. Prior to attending Fisher College, they attended Columbus State Community College from 2009 to 2012, where they studied General Studies. In June 2017, they obtained their SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
