Giulia Marzocchi

Giulia Marzocchi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Giulia is currently working as a Senior People Analyst at tails.com since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at ALTEN LTD - UK from February 2020 to March 2021, first as a Human Resources Assistant and then as an HR Administrator. In 2018, they interned at British American Tobacco, where they supported the Project Aurora team and tested aspects of the SuccessFactors system. Giulia also worked as a Psychology Intern at the Royal Free Hospital in 2017, contributing to the assessment of diabetic patients' psychological needs and participating in interdisciplinary meetings. In 2016, they worked as Front of House Staff at Bea's of Bloomsbury, and in 2015, they interned as a Psychology Intern at Fondazione ADO Onlus, assisting in the development of individual projects for patients with advanced malignancies. Lastly, they volunteered as a Sales Assistant at Oxfam in 2011, where they promoted store gift cards and managed inventory.

Giulia Marzocchi started their education in 2012 at University College Utrecht, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology and Anthropology and a minor in Literature. Giulia completed their undergraduate studies in 2015.

In 2016, Giulia enrolled at Regent's University London for a one-year program and obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Psychotherapy & Counselling. During the same year, they also began studying at UCL and completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Health Psychology in 2017.

In terms of additional certifications, Giulia obtained the MBPsS certification from The British Psychological Society in April 2016. In November 2018, they also completed the Excel 2016 Essential Training course from Lynda.com. Lastly, in February 2021, they obtained the Assoc CIPD certification from CIPD.
